2.2. Tosca reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions, access to the Website and its contents at any time and without prior notification. These amendments have legal effect with regard to the User whenever the Website is accessed. Tosca therefore recommends that Users consult the Terms and Conditions regularly.

The invalidity, lapsing or unenforceability of all or part of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall not under any circumstances entail the invalidity of the Terms and Conditions as a whole. Tosca shall replace this provision by another provision which, insofar as is possible, aims to achieve the same result.
10. Applicable law and competent courts
The validity, interpretation and implementation of these Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgian law and shall be brought before the competent courts of Roeselare.
Any dispute relating to the Website and its use shall be governed exclusively by Belgian law. The courts of Nivelles have sole jurisdiction in the event of a dispute.
